Shipping Address

Make sure to provide precise city, state, and zip code information. Remember to spell out the city to which you are shipping the order. Many times abbreviations, misspellings, and other typos can result in errors in this selection.


Business Days & Holidays

All orders ship Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Packages do no not ship out on the following holidays (UPS orders only)


Returns & Exchanges

All Sales Are Final No Returns.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected]

What to do if you receive a damaged product:

Send a very clear picture of the damages.

Give 7 to 10 days for us to file a claim with the carrier, once it's approved we will send you a brand new product.


Do you offer express shipping?

At this time, we do not offer express shipping..

Can my shipping address be different from my billing address?

For security purposes, the shipping and billing address must be identical.
